3rd Graders and New Players (4th -8th Grade) will need to send a copy
of their birth certificate to:

Returning Players do not need to present copy of birth certificates…
Proof of Grade-PAL Teams are set up by grade not age. PAL requires proof of grade for any player whose Birth date does not fall within the school district guidelines.
A copy of a report card or Proof of Grade letter from the player’s school is needed.
Birth Certificates can be mailed to the P.O. Box above, e mailed to mail@rvclacrosse.com or brought to the Rec Center when your child is sized for his/her uniform.
Birth Certificate drop off and Uniform sizing will be held at the Rec Center. You will receive an e mail with details.
Uniform Sizes - ALL Uniforms are custom made. Once our uniform order goes in, NO changes or additions can be made… All 3rd Graders must order a uniform. All other grades should use current uniform but can order new uniform if necessary.
THE FINAL DAY TO REGISTER WITHOUT A LATE FEE FOR THE SPRING 2012 SEASON WILL BE JANUARY 8th, 2012
Late registration after January 8th, you will be charged a $30 Late Fee per Family
After January 15th you will be put on a waitlist. Some teams may close out.
